I have a management position but go very often to other stations to do some supervision myself. I am tired of new interns from other departments asking me if I am new employee, everytime I go there. The other day I was just procesing some info in my head when this new employee approaches me with the same Q:
- "Hi, haven't seen you before. How long have you been working for the company"
- "I just started last week"
- "So what do you think of your work"
- "Dude, I am soo tired, it seams they don't give me a break. I should get a better pay and more flexible hours"
- "Really ?"
- "Yeah, I think I should have a better position too"
The funniest thing was that the guy went to his supervisor to report me !!!!!
Buahahahhahahahahahahaha !!!!
The face on the poor dude when he was explained that I have been on the company for more than 12 years !!!!!!

I am always fond of getting the newbs to do the watering of the plants. I always tell them they have to do it until we hire someone newer. Give them the watering can and point them to the plants
I think the record was 4 weeks before they figured out the plants were plastic. I blame it on their lack of gumption as it should have filled up in a week! Slacker

other than that all we ask is that they can spell 65% of their name for payroll purposes
